Homeschool Education Programming – Spanish Immersion

 Join us for our 2025-2026 Class Offerings starting August 11, 2025, for grades K-5

Embark on a fun and educational journey into the Spanish language and culture with our immersive class designed specifically for kids! These engaging programs are crafted to spark curiosity, foster language development, and instill a love for Spanish through interactive activities, games, songs, and cultural experiences.

Take part in 1, 2 or more class offerings. We are a Personalized Education Program (PEP) Friendly provider!

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

9-11 am Grades 2+ Intermediate Level (or Rising 1st Intermediate levels)

1-3 pm Two Hour Group Ages Grades 2+ (all levels)

3-4:30 pm Spanish Language & Literacy (all ages, all levels Mon., Wed)

3-4:30 pm Homeschool Hangout! (Friday – Fun Spanish Games & Conversation!)

4:30-5:30 pm 1-hour group class (will place with proper age & level)

6-7:30 pm Teen Homeschool Hangout (12+, once per month Fridays)

2025-2026 Home School Program

2-HOUR SPANISH IMMERSION ADVENTURE

Description: Welcome to an exciting journey into the Spanish language and culture! This immersive homeschool class is designed to engage students in a dynamic learning experience where they will develop proficiency in Spanish through interactive activities, games, storytelling, and cultural exploration.

Class Format:

  • Duration: 2 hours per session
  • Frequency: Once a week
  • Class Size: Small groups for personalized attention
  • Language Level: Open to all levels


Key Learning Objectives:

  1. Language Acquisition: Build vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills through immersive activities.
  2. Cultural Understanding: Explore Spanish-speaking cultures through music, arts, and traditions.
  3. Confidence Building: Foster confidence in speaking and understanding Spanish in real-life scenarios.

Class Activities:

3-HOUR SPANISH IMMERSION ADVENTURE

1-HOUR YOUTH PRIVATE TUTORING IN SPANISH 

Description: Our private tutoring sessions offer personalized guidance and support to youth eager to enhance their Spanish language skills. Whether your child is a beginner or seeking to improve proficiency, our experienced tutors create a nurturing and effective learning environment focused on individual needs and goals.

Class Format:

· Duration: 1 hour per session

· Frequency: Typically once a week

· Age Group: 5+, ideal for older language learners

· Location: In person

· Focus Areas: Tailored to the student’s specific learning objectives and areas needing improvement

Key Learning Objectives:

1. Language Proficiency: Strengthen vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension skills.

2. Conversational Fluency: Practice speaking and listening through engaging discussions and interactive exercises.

3. Academic Support: Assistance with homework, assignments, and exam preparation (if applicable).

Tutoring Approach:

· Customized Lessons: Lessons designed based on the student’s learning pace, interests, and preferred learning style.

6-HOUR ALL DAY IMMERSION EDUCATION, 9 AM-3 PM

Description: Welcome to an enriching Spanish immersion experience designed specifically for homeschool youth! This dynamic and informative class is crafted to foster language proficiency and cultural understanding through engaging activities, interactive learning, and exploration of the diverse Spanish-speaking world.

Class Format:

  • Duration: 6 hours
  • Frequency: 1, 3 or 5 days per week
  • Age Group: 5+
  • Class Size: Small groups to ensure personalized attention and active participation

Key Learning Objectives:

  1. Language Mastery: Develop strong foundational skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
  2. Cultural Exploration: Discover the rich diversity of Spanish-speaking countries through traditions, customs, music, and cuisine.
  3. Real-World Applications: Practice using Spanish in practical scenarios to build confidence and fluency.

Class Activities:

  • Interactive Language Games: Engaging games and activities to reinforce vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure.

Outcome: By the end of this Spanish immersion homeschool class, youth will have gained proficiency in Spanish language skills, deepened their appreciation for Hispanic cultures, and developed the confidence to use Spanish in various real-life contexts. Daily Schedule: 5-Hour Spanish Immersion Class for Kids

9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Welcome and Morning Routine

  • Greetings in Spanish: Teacher welcomes students and introduces the day’s theme or focus.
  • Attendance and Daily Schedule Review: Brief overview of activities planned for the day.

9:15 AM – 10:00 AM: Language Skills Development

  • Vocabulary Session: Introduce new vocabulary related to a specific topic (e.g., animals, family, hobbies).
  • Interactive Games: Vocabulary games and exercises to reinforce learning.

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Cultural Exploration

  • Art and Craft: Create a craft inspired by a Spanish-speaking country or artist.
  • Music and Dance: Learn a traditional song or dance from a Spanish-speaking culture.

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Snack Break

  • Enjoy a snack while conversing in Spanish about food and cultural traditions.
  • Teacher-led discussion on the importance of mealtime in Hispanic cultures.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Interactive Activities

  • Role-Playing: Practice real-life scenarios (e.g., shopping, ordering food) in Spanish.
  • Storytelling: Read and discuss a story or folktale in Spanish, followed by comprehension activities.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break

  • Enjoy lunch while conversing in Spanish.
  • Cultural discussion about different Spanish-speaking cuisines and food traditions.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Outdoor Exploration or Physical Activity

  • Outdoor Games: Play games outdoors with instructions and interactions in Spanish.
  • Nature Walk: Explore nature while learning vocabulary related to plants, animals, and the environment in Spanish.

Home School Course Registration – Students grades K-5

Please read our Tuition Agreement below and then complete and submit this form. You will be contacted regarding payment information and any questions you may have.
If you are enrolling more than one child, we will collect that information when we contact you.

2025-2026 Tuition Agreement

·       This agreement applies to Spanish Legacy Language Academy.

·       Spanish Legacy is an annual commitment (Aug-May)

·       Registration fees, advanced tuition/registration payments and tuition payments are non-refundable.

·       Tuition is expected in full each payment period. (Monthly, Quarterly, etc.)

·       Tuition is due each payment period regardless of actual attendance. Holidays, sick days, vacations, and hurricane days have already been factored into your child’s tuition. Tuition credit will not be given for any reason.

·       Tuition payments that are PEP qualified should be made in the portal as agreed upon with the provider. Monthly or quarterly, typically, depending on the program your child is attending. 

·       We reserve the right to prohibit your child from our program for non-payment of fees, repeated late pickups, or child or parent behavior that causes a safety concern or disruption of the program.

·       A 30-day written notice is required for withdrawal.
