Student Exchange

The student hosting program enables foreign students to discover a new country and experience its culture and way of life while learning a new language.

Our adult classes are small in size, competitively priced and available at convenient times. We can accommodate students at any skill level, from beginner to advanced.

As a host family, you and your children will benefit from having contact with an international student. Your responsibility will be to provide room and board; students pay for their own expenses and insurance. Exchange students become a part of the family's day to day life, including sharing in meals and chores.

Having children is not a requirement for host families. Many program participants include couples without children and single-parent families. No matter your situation, we're sure your time hosting an exchange student will prove to be a positive life-changing experience.

Student selection process
Before admittance into the program, students are given a psychological test as well as an English evaluation. Some of the information we gather from the student includes:

  • School transcripts (previous 3 years)
  • Family photographs
  • Letter to the host family
  • Medical history (students are fully insured)

Host family selection process
Host families are required to meet the following conditions:

  • Caring home atmosphere
  • Ability to provide 3 meals a day
  • Intention to commit to the host student for the duration of the program

In the event of complications, children are placed with a different host family.

About the 1-month summer stay program

  • 25 hours of English classes per month
  • 3-day trip to Orlando
  • New activities throughout the week

About the academic year program
Students stay with the host family throughout the entire academic year, arriving a week before classes begin and returning to their home country at the conclusion of the school year. in some cases, students stay with the host family during the Christmas holiday.
